Why is this a two-component system?

Many active ingredients, particularly collagen and certain growth factors, are most effective when freshly activated just before use. Keeping the Glow Water solution and the soluble collagen sphere separate until treatment time helps ensure the active ingredients are delivered in their most potent form.
