In brief
Polynucleotides are highly purified, resorbable substances of natural origin, extracted from fish. According to the instructions for use, they have moisturising properties and a trophic (nourishing and supporting) effect on fibroblasts – the cells that build the skin's connective tissue.
Mastelli purifies the polynucleotides with its own technology, PN-HPT® (Polynucleotides High Purification Technology). Plinest, Plinest Eye and Plinest Newest are administered intradermally, and each pack contains one pre-filled 2 ml syringe and two needles.

Medical history
Contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients or allergy to fish products. Not recommended in autoimmune disease, pregnancy, breastfeeding or under 18 years of age.

Intradermal only
The product is not suitable for injections other than intradermal. Not in areas with infection, dermatitis or inflammation.

On its own in the session
Plinest must not be mixed or used together with other products in the same treatment session. Maximum 12 ml within 4 weeks.

Afterwards
Papules usually disappear within hours. The patient should avoid strong sun and extreme cold until they have subsided.
