The range

• 27G 6 mm – for thicker products and deeper placement.
• 30G 12 mm – versatile length for linear technique.
• 32G 4 and 12 mm – for fine products and superficial work.
• 33G 4 and 6 mm – the finest dimensions, typically for nappage and mesotherapy.

Choosing the dimension

A thinner needle causes less discomfort, but increases back pressure – a thick gel through a 33G becomes heavy to inject and gives poorer control. The dimension should therefore be chosen from the viscosity of the product, not from comfort alone.
