RICH PL is a range of cosmetic products from Promoitalia based on poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA). The products are cosmetic — not medical devices — and intended for professional use in the clinic.
PLLA is found both in CE marked injectable biostimulators and in cosmetic formulations. RICH PL belongs to the latter group, and should not be confused with Sculptra, which is a medical device.
