This year's headline topic was exosomes. Best Connection reviewed solutions from around twenty manufacturers and, together with PromoItalia Academy, opened a dedicated course on the subject. We recommend that every professional practitioner completes a course of this kind. Exosomes are a welcome addition to the industry, but careful judgement is needed on which types and which effects fit each clinical setting.
