Purasomes is a range of cosmetic skincare products from Dermoaroma in Italy, based on colostrum-derived exosomes. The range covers the face, the scalp and combination protocols alongside microneedling or peels. The products are cosmetic — not medical devices — and are intended for topical application in the clinic.

What sets Purasomes apart

Most exosome products on the market are either plant-based or synthetic. Purasomes uses colostrum as its source. The formulations are supplied freeze-dried and are mixed immediately before use, so the contents do not sit in solution over time.
