Terms and conditions

Authorized Healthcare Professionals

We only sell to clinic-owning companies and authorized healthcare professionals such as skin therapists, doctors, dentists, and nurses. It is not a requirement that healthcare professionals operate or represent a company in order to complete a purchase.

Prices

Updated prices will be available in our webshop and will always be applicable unless otherwise agreed or offered. Prices are continuously adjusted based on changes from the supplier, shipping, or other factors.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made by bank transfer or card payment before the shipment of goods. For invoices, a 7-day payment deadline applies from the time of ordering. In the event of payment after the due date, interest will be calculated according to the Late Payment Interest Act. In the case of non-payment, the claim will, after prior notice, be sent to debt collection.

Retention of Title

Best Connection AS retains, unless otherwise agreed, the title to the delivered products as security for the purchase price, including interest and costs, until these are paid in full, cf. the Mortgage Act § 3-14 et seq. Products handed over to companies for demo, loan, etc., must be marked with the seller's property rights and kept separate from the recipient's other assets.

Shipping and Returns

Domestic shipping in Norway, or from Norway to the EU and UK. Orders are sent via DHL Express or Posten/Bring door-to-door.

Delivery Time

For Norway, the UK, and the EU, it usually takes 2 to 5 business days before our packages are delivered.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.

VAT and Value Added Tax

Based on the official EU declaration on VAT, everything sent domestically within Norway will include VAT. If goods are sent from Norway abroad, they are ex VAT, but VAT will then be calculated by customs upon arrival in the destination country. All other destinations will not be charged these taxes, but the buyer is still responsible for duties and/or customs clearance fees upon delivery. All prices are quoted ex VAT, and VAT is calculated at checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

Once you have placed your order, it usually takes 1-2 business days before it leaves our warehouse. Orders placed from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM can be shipped the same day or the next day.

Here is the process:

  • Once you have completed checkout, the order is processed within 1 business day (Monday-Friday).

  • After your order is processed, it leaves our warehouse.

  • Once it has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email from DHL, Posten, or Bring.

Right of Withdrawal

The Cancellation Act does not apply to purchases/agreements between businesses. The seller does not grant a right of withdrawal for the delivery of products, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delay and Non-delivery

The seller always attempts to deliver goods as quickly as possible. In the event of unexpected delays, the Seller will contact the Buyer with an explanation for the delay.

Compensation

The buyer cannot claim compensation for losses suffered as a result of the delay.

Defects and Complaints

Notification of errors and defects in the products can be submitted to the Seller in writing. For documentation purposes, we recommend that the complaint be sent to the Seller in writing via email. If you, on your own initiative, take measures to rectify a defect beyond what has been agreed with the Seller, the Seller will not cover these expenses. All returns/complaints must be approved by the Seller. The buyer is obliged to package and return the item securely to the seller in the event of a complaint.

Extraordinary Circumstances

The seller is only responsible for the loss of value of the item if faults or defects are proven. However, this does not apply if the seller proves that the defect is due to circumstances outside the seller's control, and which the seller could not reasonably be expected to avoid or overcome the consequences of. The seller is not liable for indirect losses as a result of defects unless the loss is caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of the seller.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms, including as a result of changes in legislation or other factors. Changes will be published and notified on the seller's website.

Force Majeure

If we are prevented from delivering or making a mandatory replacement delivery, or if such a delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome as a result of a labor dispute or any other circumstance beyond the parties' control—such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military conscriptions of a similar scope, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, riots and civil unrest, shortage of transport means, general shortage of goods, restriction in the supply of fuel, as well as defects in or delays of deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of circumstances as described in this section—the seller is exempt from all liability other than in cases of complaints and to credit the corresponding purchase price of the defective item.

Disputes and Governing Law

Disputes arising from Best Connection AS's terms and conditions, as well as disputes otherwise relating to trade with Best Connection AS, are governed by Norwegian law and fall under the ordinary dispute resolution bodies and courts, with the Oslo District Court as the legal venue in the event of any district court proceedings. Disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through negotiations.
