The Stylage range from the French laboratory Vivacy is built on patented IPN-Like (Interpenetrated Polymer Network) technology, which combines cross-linked and non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid in the same gel. The combination gives better tissue integration and more even spread than traditional monophasic fillers. L and XL additionally add mannitol as an antioxidant to protect the gel against degradation by free radicals and extend its durability.

The difference lies in the concentration of hyaluronic acid and the injection depth. S has the lowest concentration and is injected superficially for fine wrinkles. M provides medium depth for nasolabial folds and lips. L has 24 mg/g and is injected deeply for deep wrinkles, scars and the jaw. XL has the highest concentration (26 mg/g) and is used for structural volumisation in the cheeks, jawline and nose.
IPN-Like (Interpenetrated Polymer Network) is Vivacy's patented technology that combines cross-linked and non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid in the same gel. This gives better tissue integration, more even spread and longer durability than traditional monophasic fillers.
Hydromax is the only product in the range designed for skin quality and hydration rather than wrinkle filling. With only 12,5 mg/g lightly cross-linked hyaluronic acid, it is a skin booster intended for dry, dehydrated skin on the face, neck, décolletage and the eye area — not for volume or structural correction.
Stylage Bi-Soft XL, with the highest concentration in the range (26 mg/g), is specifically designed to restore volume in the cheeks, along the jawline and for nose shaping.
Yes, S, M, L and XL all contain 0,3 % lidocaine for increased injection comfort. Hydromax is the exception — as a skin booster it is formulated without lidocaine.
