A light, anhydrous serum for skin aftercare following aesthetic treatments. Its key ingredients – Antileukine 6, phytosphingosine, andiroba oil and an oat complex – provide comfort and hydration once the treatment is complete. 50 ml for clinic use.

Key ingredients

Antileukine 6 – chosen by the manufacturer to soothe the skin after treatment. Helps give a calmer-looking skin surface.
Phytosphingosine – a lipid that also occurs naturally in the skin. Helps give a more balanced skin surface and helps the skin hold on to moisture.
Andiroba oil (Carapa Guaianensis Seed Oil) – plant oil from the Amazon, rich in fatty acids according to the manufacturer. Nourishes and gives a soft, comfortable feel.
Oat complex (Avena Sativa Kernel Extract, Avena Sativa Kernel Oil) – gives a soothing feel and eases the feeling of dryness and tightness after treatment.

How to use

AfterMED Finish er et lett, vannfritt (anhydrous) serum til etterbehandling av huden etter estetiske behandlinger, utviklet og produsert av AfterMED Skin i Storbritannia. 50 ml er klinikkstørrelsen. AfterMED Finish Mini 15 ml er laget for pasientens hjemmebruk.

Sammensetning

Formuleringen er vannfri og har ingen konserveringsmidler i ingredienslisten. Hovedingrediensene er:

Antileukine 6: valgt av produsenten for å berolige huden etter behandling. Bidrar til en roligere hudoverflate.
Phytosphingosine: et lipid som også finnes naturlig i huden. Bidrar til en mer balansert hudoverflate og hjelper huden å holde på fuktigheten.

Etter RF-microneedling, PRP/PRF, spikelbehandling, medium peel og fraksjonert ikke-ablativ laser brukes produktet etter behandlers skjønn. Etter dyp peel og ablativ laser venter man til huden har hentet seg inn.

Påføres i klinikken når behandlingen er ferdig. Pasienten fortsetter hjemme med Finish Mini, daglig etter behov, og unngår unødvendig berøring av behandlingsområdet de første 24 timene. Mengde og steg står i den kliniske protokollen.

Is AfterMED Finish suitable for all patients?

AfterMED Finish is not suitable for people with a nut allergy, as the production environment cannot be guaranteed completely nut-free. Otherwise it is a natural, vegan product made in the UK that is well tolerated by most skin types.

What does an “anhydrous” formulation mean and why does it matter?

“Anhydrous” means without water.
