What it is

Dejale is not a filler — it is a biostimulant that activates the skin's own repair processes. Non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid of medium/high molecular weight is used in its natural form, nearly identical to what the body itself produces.

Mechanism of action

Non-cross-linked HA stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin, restoring the extracellular matrix that breaks down with aging. The high molecular weight HA binds water in the dermis for deep, long-lasting hydration that improves elasticity and firmness. A scavenger effect neutralizes free radicals and supports neoangiogenesis, reinforcing the skin's own defense mechanisms.

Indications and treatment areas

Face and body — wrinkles, hydration, acne scars, stretch marks and general skin improvement. Can be administered using the Bio Aesthetic Points (BAP) technique, five strategic injection points per side of the face selected for minimal risk and maximal diffusion, as well as nappage, point-by-point, linear, fan and cross-hatching techniques.

Treatment protocol

  • Frequency: 3 sessions, 2 weeks apart, repeated 2–3 times per year.
  • Dosage: 1–2 syringes per treatment, 0.05–0.1 ml per injection.

Expected results

A natural result addressing the underlying cause of aging rather than simply adding volume, with long-lasting improvement in skin firmness, hydration and elasticity.

What is the difference between Dejale and an HA filler?

Dejale is a biostimulant with non-cross-linked HA, nearly identical to the HA naturally occurring in the body. A filler is cross-linked and adds volume. Dejale activates fibroblasts and stimulates new collagen and elastin production for a natural anti-aging effect from within, while a filler primarily provides immediate volume increase.

What is the BAP technique?

Bio Aesthetic Points (BAP) is an advanced injection technique using 5 strategic injection points per side of the face, anatomically selected for minimal risk and maximal diffusion — giving fewer injection points, reduced pain, lower bruising risk and fewer treatment sessions than traditional biostimulation.

Can Dejale be combined with other aesthetic treatments?

Yes. Dejale works well as part of a combined protocol, for example with fillers, skinboosters, microneedling or chemical peeling, improving the skin's overall quality and response to other treatments.

What are the contraindications for Dejale?

Should not be used in cases of atopic eczema, herpes, or active skin infections in the treatment area. Common temporary side effects include brief skin firmness and minor bruising from the needle trauma.
