LongevHA NAD+ – skin booster with NAD+ and dual hyaluronic acid

LongevHA · Caromed, Italy

Skin booster for topical application

Five ingredients. One formulation.

LongevHA NAD+ combines 80 mg of hyaluronic acid in two molecular weights with NAD+, resveratrol, mannitol and peptides. The product is applied with microneedling – without injection – and gives hydration, glow and a more vital look.

The ingredients

More than hyaluronic acid.

Most skin boosters are based on hyaluronic acid alone. LongevHA NAD+ adds four ingredients, each with its own role in the formulation.

The base

Hyaluronic acid in two molecular weights

3.2% hyaluronic acid, 80 mg in total, split equally between two molecular sizes.

40 mg high molecular weight (HMW)Gives immediate surface hydration and a soft, smooth feel.
40 mg low molecular weight (LMW)Gives the skin a fuller, more hydrated look.

Vitality

NAD+

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide

A coenzyme found naturally in all living cells. Included in the formulation for a fresh and vital look.

Antioxidant

Resveratrol

An antioxidant from the plant kingdom. Helps protect against external influences and gives a clearer, more balanced look.

Stabilisation

Mannitol

Stabilises the formulation and helps retain moisture and a comfortable skin feel.

Firmness

Peptides

Contributes to a firmer, smoother look and makes fine lines less visible.

For the clinic

A skin booster that is not injected.

LongevHA NAD+ comes in a prefilled syringe, but is applied topically and massaged in after microneedling. That makes it easy to build into skin treatments the clinic already offers.

Without injectionSuits clinics that offer microneedling, with or without injection competence.

Professional background

From “anti-ageing” to skin quality over time.

Aesthetic medicine increasingly talks about “longevity aesthetics”: an approach where the goal is not only to correct visible signs, but to look after skin quality over time. Two new papers describe the field – and are clear about what is still not documented.

Practitioner pointing at the word longevity

Haykal and Nahai, Aesthetic Surgery Journal Open Forum, 20262

A framework, not proof

The authors propose that aesthetic practice should place more weight on tissue function and resilience, not only visible correction.

They stress that direct clinical evidence is limited, and that the framework should for now be read as hypotheses to be tested in long-term studies.

Guarino, Aesthetic Medicine, 20263

The combination has not been studied as a whole

A review of the literature on dual molecular weight hyaluronic acid, NAD+, resveratrol and mannitol – the same ingredient combination as in LongevHA NAD+.

The review finds that no study has tested the full combination, and that clinical studies are needed before any conclusion about benefit can be drawn.

We refer to the papers as professional background for the clinic. They do not document any effect of LongevHA NAD+. The product is a cosmetic product, and we make no claims that it affects the skin's ageing processes.

Aftercare

Combine with AfterMED Finish.

AfterMED Finish is an anhydrous aftercare serum. According to AfterMED's own protocol, it is suitable after microneedling.
