Sterile single-use cartridges for the microneedling pen, in needle counts from 12 to 42 pin, plus nano cartridges. The cartridges are CE marked medical devices and must always be used once per patient.
The number of needles determines how much tissue is affected per stroke, not how deep the treatment goes — the depth is set on the pen. Fewer needles give more precision in small areas, more needles give faster coverage on larger surfaces. The nano cartridges do not have needles in the usual sense, but micro-cones that work in the uppermost layers of the skin, and are typically used to improve the uptake of topical products.
