Profhilo Structura

What it is

Profhilo Structura is an injectable skin treatment designed to reposition superficial fat to its natural state and counteract the natural tissue loss that occurs in the skin over time. While Profhilo® regenerates the structure of the skin, Structura works one layer deeper, into the subcutaneous fat.

Mechanism of action

High and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid is heated using NAHYCO technology, breaking the hydrogen bonds connecting the H-HA molecules. As the blend cools, new hydrogen bonds form between the H-HA and L-HA molecules, creating stable hybrid cooperative complexes.

Indications and treatment areas

Currently indicated only for facial treatments, restoring facial structures where age-related changes have caused atrophy in the subcutaneous layer, such as pronounced hollows and changed contours from midface fat loss.

Treatment protocol

• Format: 1 × 2 ml prefilled syringe.
• Accessories: 1 × Steriglide 0.50 × 38 mm cannula and needle, 1 × Steriglide 0.70 × 50 mm cannula and needle (supplied separately).

Expected results

A lifted, restored facial structure with repositioned superficial fat and improved facial contours.
