PN Skinbooster PDRN 2 ml (TEST)

PN Skinbooster PDRN is an injectable polynucleotide (PDRN) solution for professional aesthetic use. The polynucleotides are extracted and purified from salmon and act as a biostimulator that supports the natural repair processes of the skin.

What it is

A sterile 2 ml pre-filled syringe delivering 7,5 mg/ml of high-purity, high-molecular-weight polynucleotides for predictable biostimulation in clinic.

Mechanism of action

In the dermis the polynucleotides form a biostimulating scaffold that supports fibroblast activity, new collagen and elastin formation, improved microcirculation and reduced oxidative stress. Over a treatment series the skin becomes firmer, more elastic and better hydrated from within.

Indications and treatment areas

Reduced skin quality, fine lines, laxity and dryness on the face, neck, décolletage and the back of the hands. Suitable as a standalone biorevitalisation treatment or in combination with other modalities after clinical assessment.

Treatment protocol

• Treatment series: 3 to 4 sessions.
• Interval: 2 to 3 weeks between sessions.
• Maintenance: one session every 6 to 9 months.

Expected results

Visible improvement in skin texture, firmness and radiance develops gradually across the series and continues to refine for several weeks after the final session.

Composition per ml: Polynucleotides (PDRN) 7,5 mg, sodium chloride, water for injection (sterile, isotonic).

Free from lidocaine, preservatives and animal tissue other than purified salmon PDRN. The polynucleotides are high molecular weight with high biological purity, for predictable and reproducible biostimulation.

Administration: Inject intradermally or into the upper dermis with a 30G needle, using a papular technique or linear retrograde deposition depending on the area.

Protocol

1. Treatment series: 3 to 4 sessions.
2. Interval: 2 to 3 weeks between sessions.
3. Maintenance: one session every 6 to 9 months.

Combination: Can be used in combination protocols with HA fillers and other treatments; follow the recommended order and intervals after clinical assessment.

Aftercare: Advise patients to avoid sun, sauna and intense exercise for 24 hours. Mild redness and small papules may occur and normally settle within a day.

Contraindications: Do not treat over active infection or inflammation in the area; not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in patients with known hypersensitivity. Treatment must only be performed by qualified healthcare professionals.
